How do you know if black hair is made for you?

I was born with thick beautiful full dark black hair, then it fell out to thin brown hair.

I now dye it blonde because it makes me look older and better.

Suggestions?

I have fair skin and perfect facial complexion, hazel eyes, 22yrs old
