Alright, I have non-asian hair.. which is technically: wavy, not fine, at times unruly hair. It's the most annoying thing to control. And I recently decided to cut my hair 'cause I'm getting bored of my look.

I have a long face and my hair is permed (but slowly disappearing), and it's 5 inches below my shoulder. I don't know I should go for the short look or not.. or just get it layered.

With my long face and all, should I just keep it long? or cut it short?

I've been told I look somewhat like Sandra Oh, the actress. So I guess base the facial structure to hers. My "long face" is like her face.

I suggest going to an Aveda salon where the stylist can advise you best how to control your hair, and give you a new look. Make sure you choose a stylist that is an Aveda graduate, and either owns the store, or is a partner. Then you'll be assured to get the best answer for your ailment.

I feel like you did about the hair thing. I had long hair and it wasn't working out for me. Walter Claudio told me that I naturally look better with short hair, given my face and all. Hope this helps.

Since you have wave to your hair try getting it cut all one length at your shoulder or just above. It will give you a new look. If you cut it to the shoulder you probably can put it in a pony tail and when you want to go for a fixed look your hair will probably lay so that it curls under easily. If not then you may have to go about an inch below. Because of the fact you have a perm too even though it is fadeing you can probably just wash it and go and it will look great. I usually get my hair about an inch below my shoulder so that I can either curl it under or wear a pony tail. I have very fine hair and also have to get it what they called tapered so I can curl my ends. Tapering is where they basically layer the ends but not the whole hair. Hope that this helps.

What kind of facial bleach should i use?

well ive decided that my lip hair is bothering me so much i want to try to bleach it first and see if it looks ok. if that doesnt work well then ill consider waxing. but i have some questions. ok, what kind of facial bleach should i get that make my hair look not noticible and how many times will i have to do it? and for waxing when does the hair grow back and about how many years does it take for waxing the lip hair to pretty much not come back at all?

I recomend Jolen ive been using it for 2 years now and it works great. You just follow the really simple instructions it comes with. I do it about once every 3 weeks but you really just need to do it when you start noticing your hair again.

waxing is an option but my friends did it and i could easily tell cos the blad patch was quite noticible, a beautician told me it would take about 10 -20 years of waxing to stop the hair from growing back altogether but it would get gradually less and less every time u waxed. Hope i helped!

Sally-Hansen facial bleach. My friend uses it and she said it works amazingly. Just buy the bleach at a drugstore (CVS, Walgreens...etc) and then read the instructions it comes with and you'll be all set.

Enjoy it! :o) If you don't like it, go to a really good hair stylist and have them strip your hair completely of the color and start over again with brown hair.

I'd go back to your natural color - treat yourself and go to a stylist and have them do it!

Or, leave it the way it is and don't worry about a thing - seriously, either way, just be yourself! you'll do great!

If you really don't want to wait for it to fade, then just dye it a darker color to cover it up. You also could go to a salon and have the color stripped out of your hair which can be extremely expensive.

If it's a veggie dye, good luck. Most veggie dyes are kind of harder to take out considering they're like a stain.

You could do a soap cap or you could just put some brown dye over it.

Hey yall, I need to know what style of haircut best suits my face. I have an oval face and I want to keep my long hair. The length is about 3 inches past the top of my shoulders, just above the chest area. Do yall have some websites, or photos of your own I may show my stylist?? Also, the closest celeb I found who matched my facial features and structure was Ashlee Simpson, I don't know if that helps yall.

I am a hairdresser....If you have an oval face, just pick your favorite style and Go For It!!! Oval faces can wear anything and be attractive, so let the creative side come out....if you want to keep your length, try some choppy layers and frame your face with highlights. I guess age would need to play a part in it as well. If your in your teens, then go with the latest trends and make it your own, if your older, say 30ish or working in corporate

America, you would definitely want something more conservative, but my personal preference with oval faces and medium to long hair is obvious choppy layers.

Cant help you out with pics but layers layers layers. You wanna get lots of layers because that will make your hair stand out from your face more, especially with an oval shaped face.

Ya know i had the same problem and im so picky about my hair. I was scared when i first decided what i was going to do. I have a face somewhat like that and i decided to keep the length like you want to do. So what i decided to do was to get it layered and then have bangs that go off to one side. Not short ones something long enough to tuck behind your ear.

There's a convention coming up and everytime I go to a convention I see people use pretty outfits but none look like the character, its funny but I wouldn't want that to happen to me. So with my description explained (tan skin, dark hair, light brown eyes, a bit short) is there an anime character or video game character I can cosplay without looking so mismatched? Now no costume seems out there, I would like a female character in which my facial features work best with, here's a picture of me.

So yeah, I know there are some more...honestly I only remember these because I am going to or at least thought about doing a lot of these character.

Then again, in the end, I suggest that you really try doing a character that you like. Still I can understand wanting to look like the character, I am piccy in that factor too sometimes, but I won't do a character unless I really like them. I absolutely adore Yorouichi so she is fun to do. Sure I won't lie when I say that I purposely look for characters I might look like, but unless I really like them, I won't consider them, and I have also done character that aren't dark-skinned. Still like I said, I can undertand where you are coming from. If you are a competitive cosplayer, then I suppose you will really want to look "just" like your character. Still that doesn't make you wrong for doing someone you don't look like either. Think of how many girls crossplay! LOL! Even I do. So yeah, the most important part of cosplay is having fun ;)

you should be picking a character that you like and not one that looks like you. Looking like the character is only one part, being able to play the character and knowing what the character is about is equally important. Don't be a surface cosplayer where only looks matter and everything else doesn't cause it just means you're gonna be a half assed cosplayer.

You should consider a character which has some of the same personal characteristics as you, as well as physical features.

If your hair was lighter, you could pass for Momo from Peach Girl.
