Does shaving/trimming more frequently result in the darkening/thickening of hair?

If you shave more often, will your facial hair begin to grow in thicker or darker than if you didn't shave as often? And does the same count for if you buzz it rather than shave it? (like with a buzzer normally used for the hair on your head, lol. i use that in order to keep the "scruffy" look.) Keep in mind that I'm an 18 year old, so I assume it might be different for someone in the process of gettting more facial hair than for someone who is older.

No, it doesn't.

Shaving or cutting hair doesn't make it grow back faster, or thicker; that's a myth.

It does make it APPEAR thicker for a few days, because you've cut off the taper of the hair shaft, and left the end blunt, but the hair itself is the same as it always was.

More you shave the faster and more it grows back... no matter where you shave.

Yes.

It also improves your eyesight.
